SNACK MIX - DR BORAAS'S Hi Energy TRAIL MIX RECIPE-
Get the following at your health store or grocery. . Mix in a large jar or container.

16 ounces raisons (dried currants or cranberries can be substituted)
8 ounces raw pumpkin seeds
8 ounces raw sunflower seeds
8 ounces raw almonds
4 ounces chopped walnuts
6 ounces of roasted soybeans (salt or no salt, your choice, for some the salt improves digestion of the other ingredients. This is for the soybeans only, not for any of the other ingredients.)
Be creative, this is a favorite of mine, you can make your own.
This has protein, healthy essential fatty acids, anti-oxidants and proteins.
Please no peanuts, yoghurt chips, or m & m's.
